I just dont know what little symbol on the brainwave part is meant for delta and what not? Is it the o with the strip? Please tell me what each brain wave symbol is meant for delta, Alta, ect Thanks guys

I recommend this app to everyone that says they have trouble falling asleep or staying asleep. My favorite iPad app.

We play the nature sounds and delta waves to get to sleep on many nights. Deepest sleep I have had in ages. Nicely done.
